In light of the COVID-19 disease spreading at an alarming rate in North America, our third-party distributing centers have reduced operating hours both in the US and Canada. The order fulfillment process will take longer than usual, some products will take a little longer than others dependent on the location of our distributing centers.
We hope that our global community at large remains safe as the worldwide spread of COVID-19 is affecting every one of us. We are working tirelessly to make sure that our products are available when you want them, delivered in the safest way possible.

- Our third-party distributing facilities and delivery operations, have increased their daily cleaning routines, including more frequent hand-washing, use sanitizer, and cleaning equipment.
- Our customer care team is available to answer any questions about your experience, work with you on the best delivery option, and provide more information on the many precautions we’re taking to protect your health and safety.

We are providing resources to help employees modify how they work, including flex schedules and allowing working remotely from their home.
