We ship to Canada and US via premium carriers. All orders are processed through Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Please allow up to two business days for orders to ship.
The following shipping times should be used as an estimate only. We are not responsible for any delay caused by inclement weather, package congestion, holidays etc.
Complimentary standard shipping on all orders within Canada with an option of Express shipping for an additional $45.
Standard Shipping: 1-7 business days once the order has shipped.
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days once the order has shipped.
Orders shipped within Canada are subject to sales tax of their shipping province.
Standard Shipping: 2-9 business days once the order has shipped.
All US orders are subject to a international surcharge, which includes shipping, duties and taxes. This is calculated at checkout.
If there is an issue with receiving your package, please contact us directly, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your shipping tracking information. Email updates on the status of your order shipment will follow.
A valid street address is required, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We ship to Canada (excluding Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest Territories) and to the US (excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii).

Returns & Exchanges
All products need to be in the same condition which you received. This includes the following guidelines:
Products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all their Landscape original tags attached and any related accessories.
You have 15 days from receiving your order to return the product to us.
To return a product, you must either fill out the form in our contact us page, contact client care at 1-888-791-8080 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and reason for return.
Once the return has been approved, a return authorization number and a waybill will be sent to you by email. The parcel must be dropped off at the appropriate courier location and received within 10 days from the date of the return authorization for a full refund.
Once the product is received at our warehouse, examined and approved, a refund will be processed within five business days. A refund occurs only on the purchaser’s original method of payment.
Any returns that do not meet the guidelines, as indicated in our Return Policy, will not be accepted and will be returned back at your expense.
Currently orders cannot be exchanged online. Contact us directly and we will help facilitate an exchange to the best of our abilities.
In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order.
Please contact us at 1-888-791-8080 as soon as possible after placing your order and our Client Care Representative will advise if cancellation is available.
Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

Our goal is to comply with the highest standards of quality and your satisfaction is important to us.
In the event that a product is defective or if you encounter any problems with your Landscape garment, please promptly contact us by email at email@example.com or at 1-888-791-8080.
Once you have described the defect, we will determine whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement based on the nature of the defect, length of time since your purchase, circumstances of your purchase and use of the garment.
Please note that we will not reimburse or replace your garment for any damage caused by ordinary wear and tear.
Return freights are free of charge; however, the original shipping fee and international surcharges (if applicable) are non refundable.
Promotional codes can only be applied on regular-priced merchandise. It can not be applied on sale merchandise.
Only one promo code may be applied per transaction.
Offer is not valid on pre-order and gift cards, and cannot be combined with any other promotions.
The 15% discount received upon signing up to our newsletter can only be applied on select regular-priced merchandise.
The 15% discount is valid for new subscribers that make a purchase over $300, before taxes.
We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
Sale items allows one time change for size only. Sale items are not refundable. Final Sale applies to clearance merchandise, which cannot be exchanged and refunded.
