Do you offer price adjustments?
We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase ship date. Only items purchased at full price are subject to a price adjustment.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges on Sale Products?
We accept returns on Sale product but not on Final Sale goods.
Can I change or cancel my order? In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. Please contact us at 1.888.791.8080 as soon as possible after placing your order and Customer Care will advise if cancellation is available. Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
How long do I have to return an item?

What are your shipping times and costs? We currently offer free standard shipping on orders of $299 and up before taxes. Delivery timelines commence next business day for any orders placed after 1:30pm EST. All orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Do you ship outside of the US?
This site ships to the USA only (excluding Hawaii). If you wish to place an order to ship to the Canada, Europe and select countries in the Middle East, please contact us.

How are gift returns processed? Items returned will be refunded to the purchaser’s original method of payment. Please return the goods to us within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Gift Cards cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

Who can join?
Anyone can join by creating an account at cardinalofcanada.com. Those who create an account become automatically enrolled and receive 500 bonus points just for joining.
Are there any enrollment fees?
No, it is completely free to join the Cardinal of Canada Loyalty Rewards Program.
How do I earn points?
You may earn 1 point for every $1 spent. In addition, you may earn points in many other ways–including referring friends, following us on Instagram, writing a product review, etc. As a member, you will be invited to exclusive events where you will get the chance to earn double or triple points or deeper discounts on select products.
Do I earn points on past activities?
If you made a purchase or wrote a review anytime in the past, your points get automatically rolled over to your Loyalty Rewards account.

How do I view my point balance?
Your point balance is at the top left corner of your account page. You will also be receiving a monthly summary of your points.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
There is no limit to how many points you can earn.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be un-enrolled. We will remove you from the program and any points accrued will be lost. If you ever wish to join again, contact us to be re-enrolled however, your point total will begin from zero.
